Toledo, OH – 1535hrs

We made it to Omaha where Charles was able to visit with his wife and new baby for a few hours… it also gave us a chance to do a PM on the truck at the same time.  Apparently they found something semi-serious as we were told to immediately divert this morning to a nearby Freightliner (in Toledo) for the repairs… well they couldn’t take us…but one up the road could… on second shift.  So we dropped the truck off and fortunately Charles has a good close friend that lives nearby…so a quick phone call later and we’re now chillin at the friend’s house for the evening.

We WILL have to deliver the load Wednesday morning 0200 in Chelsea, MA… and we don’t know what there is for loads going further north into Maine… so it’s play it be ear whether I get off the truck in Chelsea (if loads are only going south)… or stay put for another day if we get a load north.
